Bow Wow & Omarion's Road to Plastic

Bless Bow Wow's little man heart. Seriously, I feel sorry for lil' dude. Clearly, he's getting no respect and it's starting to wear on him ... Hard. Omarion seems a little less concerned about getting respect, perhaps he's too concerned with finding the perfect silk scarf to match his white tee.

Anyhoo, Bow Wow really showed his lil' ass on BET's Road to Platinum. Apparently, this is a "reality show" styled documentary of the duos challenges with releasing their latest release Faceoff. Bow Wow was screaming on folks (in passing) the entire time. He even threatened a reporter (with a beatdown ... by his security guard). Even he knows that he ain't about to beat no one down. LOL. The funniest line was from Chris Stokes (aka The B2K Fondler). Chris Stokes tries to convince us that Bow Wow is a lil' thug by stating that he's from "some hood, somewhere out there" ... as if Bow Wow is a thug from the magical land of leprechauns. Bow Wow need to issue a beatdown or put a spell on the Billboard 100.


After watching 30 minutes of this foolishness, I can conclude the following:

1. Bow Wow need more people than his mama to manage his career. He's had at least 10 years to effectively brand himself and find other streams of income. Him and his mama chose to rock the cute lil' boy rapper look for 5 years too long. Now is not the time to become a thug.

2. Bow Wow obviously needs more people than his mama to tell 'em he's special. JD should show a fellow lil' man some love or something. He was throwing major shade to Bow Weezy ... probably tired of him tantruming out over beats.

3. Omarion need to put the weights down. Dude is looking like a square block (Spongebob).

4. Omarion need to fire his entire image squad: the braider, the fashion stylist, the personal trainer, the person supplying the scarves. It's not working.

5. If Bow Wow needs more respect, he should start with upgrading his clothing and his attitude. You can't really go around bragging about being an adult when all you have in your closet are toddler shorts, Timbs, and t-shirts with cartoons on 'em.

6. Chris Stokes is awful "tangy" ain't he?

I wish the duo the best of luck with Faceoff, but it's not looking good. Hopefully Bow Wow doesn't downspiral like Gary Coleman and start beating up girls in the mall.
